Independent Contractor Services Agreement

Effective Date: January 2, 2019

This Independent Contractor Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of January 2, 2019, by and between:

The Company and the Contractor may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”

Recitals

Whereas, the Company is engaged in the business of providing attic, insulation, HVAC, and related home-improvement services throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Sacramento / Bay Area of California; and

Whereas, EYIL Investments has, continuously and in good standing, provided professional call center and marketing services to the Company since January 2019, a period spanning more than seven (7) years through the date of this document; and

Whereas, the Parties wish to formally memorialize and confirm the nature, scope, and continuity of this longstanding business engagement.

1. Scope of Services

Since January 2019 and continuing to the present, EYIL Investments has served as the Company’s dedicated call center and marketing partner, responsible for the full range of front-office and customer-facing operations, including but not limited to:

• Operating and managing the Company’s inbound and outbound call center;
• Handling all customer telephone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling;
• Managing all company email correspondence and client communications;
• Providing complete marketing services, including lead generation, advertising management, and campaign coordination;
• Overseeing all office logistics, administrative coordination, and day-to-day back-office operations;
• Managing dispatch, scheduling, and customer follow-up on behalf of the Company;
• Performing all general office work necessary to support the Company’s daily business functions.

EYIL Investments has performed these services professionally, reliably, and continuously, functioning as an integral operational partner to the Company.

2. Term of Engagement

The engagement commenced on January 2, 2019, and has continued uninterrupted for a period exceeding seven (7) years. The relationship remains active and ongoing as of the date of this Agreement, with both Parties intending for the engagement to continue in good standing.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship

EYIL Investments has at all times acted as an independent contractor providing services to the Company. Adam and Shelly, as principals of EYIL Investments, have been directly and continuously responsible for delivering the services described herein throughout the entire term of the engagement.

4. Confirmation for Third Parties

The Company hereby confirms and attests that the foregoing statements are true and accurate, and that EYIL Investments (Adam and Shelly) has been continuously engaged by the Company for more than seven (7) years. This document may be relied upon by banking institutions, lenders, and other third parties as formal confirmation of this longstanding business relationship.
